I like it. Not being an engineer (Print designer, tho), it took me a second to figure it out, which is good.

Will it be the back of the shirt or front (I’m a fan of stuff on the back moreso than front)?

probably front, the back probably should have some boring stuff on (like university name, year and engineering discipline)

I wouldn’t buy it if my department offered it....

Engineering slogans are in general bad. A couple years ago the Society of Women’s Engineering came up with the slogan “We put the PHYSICS in PHYSICAL.” Yeah, that was terrible.

Best slogan I’ve seen is “FSAE: For When You Just Can’t Get Rid Of A Girlfriend.”
